The Riverside Farmers Market is Reno's truly local market, with all vendors growing, raising, or making their goods within the tightest possible radius around Reno. We showcase small, local, and sustainable farmers and ranchers who believe that healthy food begins with a healthy land. We also are home to Reno's newest farmers and ranchers, making it the perfect place to meet the
fine folks growing food locally for the Truckee Meadows community.
Our strong commitment to high-quality goods means that you can always count on things like pesticide-free produce or pasture-raised meats and eggs at our market. Even our prepared food vendors strive to use organic and unprocessed ingredients as we re-envision what a healthy food system looks like.
The Riverside Farmers Market is a taste of how all open-air markets and bazaars once were, back when the land was less burdened with contamination and human intervention. It's also a nod to the future, as we connect a community of conscious consumers with local organic and regenerative farmers and ranchers,
and talented makers of things beautiful and delicious.

The freshest foods don't come from a grocery store—they come from the land around us. Our goal as a market and a nonprofit is to foster more sustainable farms in our high desert community.
The fresher the food, the tastier and healthier it is. The more farms providing that freshness, the more secure our local foodshed becomes.
